1-Year Warranty
Every NerdQaxe and NerdOctaxe miner includes a 1-year warranty from delivery that covers manufacturing defects under normal use. If something goes wrong, we’ll help you get back to mining quickly.
This warranty covers hardware faults caused by manufacturing defects during normal use. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a solution at our discretion (repair, replacement, or refund).
- Defective components or unexpected hardware failure under normal operation.
- DOA (dead on arrival) or faults that appear during the 1-year coverage period.
- Issues that prevent the miner from powering on or operating as intended (not caused by external factors).
To keep things fair, we can’t cover damage caused by misuse, modification, or external factors. Common exclusions include:
- Physical damage (drops, impacts, crushed housings, broken connectors).
- Liquid exposure on non-Hydro models (or any corrosion from moisture).
- Use of incorrect/unsafe power supplies, adapters, or wiring.
- Overvolting, out-of-spec power delivery, or unsafe overclocking beyond reasonable settings.
- Modification, soldering, tampering, or non-authorized repairs.
- Normal cosmetic wear (scratches, minor marks) that does not affect function.
Submit a support request and select Warranty as the topic. We’ll reply with troubleshooting steps and the fastest resolution path.
- Order number (from your confirmation email)
- Product name + SKU
- Clear photos/video of the issue (and any error screens)
- A short description of what you were doing when the issue happened
- Your shipping country (helps us estimate return transit time if needed)
- We may request quick troubleshooting steps first (power, cables, firmware settings).
- If a return is required, we’ll provide an RMA and the next steps.
- Once received, inspection/processing is typically 2–5 business days.
- If a defect is confirmed, we’ll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion based on availability and severity.
Our 1-year warranty applies worldwide. If you move or your shipping address changes, it’s okay — just include your current location in the support request so we can guide you correctly.
